A new year and a fresh start now and we are very much looking forward to getting stuck in and getting things back to normal.

Here is an update on the fresh all organic produce available this week commencing 14th January

Lots of winter root veg available, Red Cara, Carolous and Red Allouette Potatoes, Carrots (Orange & Purple), Onions, Beetroot (Golden & Purple), Swede, Celeriac, Jerusalem Artichokes and Parsnips.

On the green front there is Savoy Cabbage, Broccoli, Cavolo Nero, Curly Kale, “True” baby leaf style Spinach and Perpetual Spinach.

Lots of Courgettes, Red Peppers and Fennel ideal for roasting with some Red Onions.

For your salad we have Mini Romaine & Green Batavia Lettuce, Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes and Salad Tomatoes on the vine, and lots of Avocado.

Fresh spices include Garlic, Ginger, fresh Turmeric root and traffic light display of Red, Yellow and Green Chillies.

Still English Apples, the super tasty Cabaret, Spartan and Fiesta varieties, with Bramely Cooking Apples and English Conference Pears.

Lots of Citrus available, Lemons, Oranges and Blood Oranges, Clementines, Kumquats, Grapefruit and it is now Marmalade making season so we have lots of bitter Seville Oranges available (we have also stocked up on lots of sugar to go with them).

Soft fruit includes Blueberries and White Grapes, with lots of Pomegranate and Passionfruit available also.
