Hope you are all enjoying the spring weather

Here is an update on the fresh all organic produce available this week commencing 11th March

Lots of winter root veg available, Acoustic, Red Cara, Carolous and Red Allouette Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Beetroot, Swede, Celeriac and Parsnips.

On the green front there is Pointy Cabbage, Green Broccoli, Cauliflowers, Curly Kale, Rainbow Chard, Spinach, French Beans and Broad Beans

Lots of Courgettes, Red Peppers and Fennel ideal for roasting with some Red Onions.

For your salad we have Mini Cos & Green Batavia Lettuce, Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes and Salad Tomatoes on the vine, lots of Avocado and Spring Onions

Fresh spices include Garlic, Ginger, fresh Turmeric root and Red Chillies. Fresh Herbs include Coriander and Curly Leaf Parsley

Still on English Apples, Spartan and Evita varieties and Williams Pears starting the new season from Argentina.

Lots of Citrus available, Lemons, Oranges, Clementines and Grapefruit.

Soft fruit includes Strawberries, Blueberries and Red Grapes, with lots of Kiwifruit, Mangoes and Passionfruit available
