Smooth, medium-bodied red from the warm island of Sicily. The ripe red fruit and soft tannins make this wine a perfect match for Italian classics such as pizza and fresh pasta with vegetable ragu.

Grenache and Syrah predominate in this cuvee, with just 10% each of Carignan and Cinsault. All grapes are hand harvested at a family run estate, and fermentation is natural. The resultant unoaked wine is all about pure fruit enjoyment, and it’s guaranteed!

Stellar Winery are specialists in organic wine, but here they have gone that bit further by not adding any sulphur during the wine production.
