Organic Garam Masala Balti, or Organic Balti Masala, is a highly aromatic blend with organic cumin, organic coriander seeds, organic cinnamon, organic clove and organic black peppercorns. Balti Masala originates from Northern Pakistan and was adapted in the UK during the 1900s. Its name derives from the serving dish, which is a metal bowl with two handles.
