Gently pressed to retain the fruit character and intense aromatics, which brings forward a fruity nose full of apricot, lychee and subtle floral notes. The palate is well-rounded and has a pleasant lingering finish.

This well-balanced Pinot Grigio from the Veneto region is made from low yielding organic vineyards, which contribute intensity and ripeness. Pale yellow in colour, it has floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle on the nose. The palate is fresh with flavours of lemon, white peach and melon.
