Featuring our deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, our Vintage Bruton Beauty is a multi-award-winning cheddar covered in our iconic burgundy wax. The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months.  At that point we select the very best cheese to be made into one of our legendary truckles. It has a rich depth of flavour with a wonderfully smooth texture.

All of our cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives, and they are suitable for vegetarians.
