How to Order
To order online
1 Create an account and password. PLEASE either set your computer to remember your password or WRITE IT DOWN! 90% of the problems of ordering online come from lost or misspelt passwords! It is possible to reset passwords but it saves a lot of time and frustration if you are able to do this.If you have previously created an account see step 2
2 LOG ON and make your selection.
3 VIEW your basket and send order
4 CHECK you have received a confirmation email.
We also accept orders typed in to an email or by phone in some circumstances
Click & Collect
Orders made online can be collected from our Northam Shop on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 2 & 5 p.m. Orders need to be in by 9 a.m. on the day of collection.
NEW! “Pop-In” service now available for smaller orders at the same times as above.
There is no charge for collection of orders from our Northam Store.

You can order online for deliveries to:
Thursday – Braunton, Croyde, Georgeham, Woolacombe, Mortehoe, Ilfracombe, Combe Martin East Down, Parracombe, Bratton Fleming and Goodleigh.
Friday Morning – Westleigh, Instow, Fremington, Bickington, Tawstock, Barnstaple, Landkey and Swimbridge.
Friday Afternoon – Northam, Bideford, East the Water, Weare Giffard, Torrington, Littleham. Buckland Brewer, Abbotsham, Westward Ho! and Appledore.

Post Covid, the shop is now fully open for customers to browse our extensive range of products with access to the fridges and freezers.
The shop is open between 10 – 5, Tuesday to Saturday.
We are still running our successful click and collect and our delivery service .
We have a huge range in store of organic products, with deliveries in everyday of the week.

Payment Methods
Pay Over Phone
After you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email. Please then call 01237 477160 on the morning of your delivery when we will know your total cost to pay over the phone using your debit or credit card.
Why Can't I Pay Online?
Some of our products are priced per pack and others per kilogram. Your order will be made on the morning of delivery and weighed and processed through our tills which will give an accurate total of goods supplied. It is at this point that we are able to take payment for the goods to be delivered.

We do not send orders by courier except by prior arrangement and therefore we accept cash on delivery or card payment over the phone only.

You can also pay when you collect your items from our Northam Shop (cash or card).
