A blend of Fernao Pires, Arinto and Sercial, from the coastal Lisboa region. All grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel with contact on the lees for 6 months. The result is a delicious, fresh and aromatic white, with ripe citrus fruit, apples and tropical fruit aromas. The palate has a texture from lees age which is complemented by a zesty acidity.

The palate is refreshing and textured, featuring flavours of lemon zest, steely apple and a hint of salinity that reflects its Atlantic influence. This well-balanced Pinot Grigio from the Veneto region is made from low yielding organic vineyards, which contribute intensity and ripeness. Pale yellow in colour, it has floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle on the nose. The palate is fresh with flavours of lemon, white peach and melon.
