Frequently used as a blending partner to accompany more acidic varieties this new No Added Sulphur white isn’t lacking any individuality or characterful presence. A blend of Fernao Pires, Arinto and Sercial, from the coastal Lisboa region. All grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel with contact on the lees for 6 months. The result is a delicious, fresh and aromatic white, with ripe citrus fruit, apples and tropical fruit aromas. The palate has a texture from lees age which is complemented by a zesty acidity.

Perfect as an aperiftif, with summer salads, white meats, sushi and seafood.
