Cold-pressed from single-varietal Koroneiki olives. This is an organic, unfiltered Greek extra virgin olive oil with a distinctive peppery finish and an authorised polyphenol health claim.

A rich, green cold pressed extra virgin olive oil deliciously infused with the scent of fresh basil, made for us in Puglia. Heaps of organically grown fresh basil leaves are stonemilled together with Ogliarola olives to make this magical combination. This fragrant basil oil has a quietly persistent aromatic scent which makes an irresistible pairing for pasta, fish and salads.
