Here is an update on the fresh all organic produce available this week commencing 14th October

Lots of root veg available, new season maincrop Marfona & Red Allouette, Charlotte New Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Beetroot, new season Celeriac, Parsnips & Swede with Sweet Potatoes (Orange & Purple fleshed).

The growing season is finally upon us with lots of new season crops available,Tundra Cabbage, Cauliflowers, Romanesque Cauliflowers, Cavolo Nero, Red Kale, Spinach, Purple Sprouting, Broccoli & Leeks

Lots of Courgettes, Red Peppers and Fennel ideal for roasting with some Red Onions.

For your salad we have Mixed Salad Leaves from Hill Farm at Huntshaw, Little Gem Lettuce, Cucumbers, English Cherry Tomatoes and Salad Tomatoes on the vine. Lots of Avocado & Spring Onions

Fresh spices include Garlic, Ginger, fresh Turmeric root with Green & Red Chillies & Lemongrass

The new Apple season is bountiful this year with Bramleys, Cox Orange Pippin, Robin Pippin & Windsor varieties with new season Conference Pears, UK grown Quince is in season also

Lots of Citrus available, Lemons, Oranges, Grapefruit and what a find – Ruby Clementines! The equivalent to a Blood Orange, but a Clementine instead

Soft fruit includes Black Figs, Grapes, Blueberries, with lots of Kiwifruit (Green & Gold).

And an early arrival of fresh Walnuts in shells
