These mineral-rich volcanic soils help the vines produce grapes that are rich in both complex minerals and a fine acidity. This exciting red has smoky minerality with rich red cherry fruit and a nimble body that dances along the palate.

A hidden gem amongst Giol’s range of superb Prosecco wines, this red lightly sparkling frizzante is bursting with red and black fruit flavours. Morello cherry and mulberry to the fore along with some background spice notes held together and balanced by soft tannins that do not get in the way of the fruit purity. Fantastic with the BBQ or antipasti when lightly chilled. A must try.
