Organic La Kama is a sweet, peppery blend used in the Tangier region of Morocco. It contains three ingredients: Organic Ginger, Organic Cinnamon and Organic Nutmeg. Due to its simple flavour, the spice mix works excellently in tagines as an alternative to Organic Ras – El – Hanout.

La Kama adds a wonderful Moroccan flavour to its dishes. It is famously used in the Maghrebian harira soup, eaten during Ramadan. The aromatic blend also flavours vegetable tagines that contain carrots, squash and chickpeas.
