Absolutely cracking organic Prosecco from north east Italy. Packed full of upfront lively lemon sherbet flavours with fizz!

The Volpi winery in Northern Italy has built an excellent reputation for its range of Organics. This well-balanced Pinot Grigio from the Veneto region is made from low yielding organic vineyards, which contribute intensity and ripeness. Pale yellow in colour, it has floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle on the nose. The palate is fresh with flavours of lemon, white peach and melon.

A bright yet pale golden coloured Picpoul. So fresh and evocative of its maritime proximity. Wafts of sea-breeze mingle with delightful notes of citrus, apple skin and herbs. Hints of peach and exotic fruits make a fleeting appearance too. The palate is caressed at first by the gentle texture but is re-energised by the telling vibrant acidity on the finale.

This Chilean Viognier which has been produced using both organic and sustainable farming methods, brilliantly shows off the aromatic qualities of the variety. Gently pressed to retain the fruit character and intense aromatics, which brings forward a fruity nose full of apricot, lychee and subtle floral notes. The palate is well-rounded and has a pleasant lingering finish.
