The signature Piqueras Black Label is produced in the region of Almansa, located on high slopes in southeast Spain. Dry and calcareous soil, scarce rain and long periods of sunshine produce grapes with high concentration, deep colour and full of rich aromas. This rich red is made from 50% Monastrell and 50% Syrah and aged for 4-6 months in 300 litre fine grain oak barrels. Medium-bodied on the palate with flavours of ripe red cherries, raspberries, crushed boysenberries, red plums and a touch of vanilla spice on the nose. Lively and elegant with a silky finish. Enjoy on its own or with grilled, roasted or fried dishes, barbecues, charcuterie and richer cheeses.

Matured for only 3 to 4 months in oak, this wine has an attractive red colour with violet hues and aromas of intense ripe fruit such as cherries, blackberries, blueberries, and fresh plums, combined with spicy and floral hints. On the palate, the intense and concentrated fruits are coated by smooth tannins making each sip more tantalising. Gualtallary is famed for its distinctive and complex wines; the high altitude allows the grapes to ripen slowly to develop intense flavours while retaining fresh acidity and producing a lighter more elegant style Malbec. Elegant, complex and long lasting!

Sensibel by name but certainly not by nature, the By Latue Sensibel (another name for Tempranillo) has all the rich depth of flavour that you would expect from this noble variety. This is a juicy and versatile medium-bodied red from central sunny Spain that has crunchy red fruit with delicious black cherry flavours. It’s smooth on the palate with soft ripe tannins and just a hint of toasty oak to balance. This wine is a tribute to the ancestors of the winemakers at Bodegas Latue, who called the Tempranillo grape variety ‘Sensibel’.

This Monastrell is handpicked from selected plots of 30-year-old bush vines between 600 – 700 meters in Altitude. The vineyards are all dry farmed to reduce water usage. Fermentation is spontaneous from the grapes natural yeasts and the wine does not see any addition of sulphites giving pure varietal character. This is a fresh, fruity and flavoursome wine. The nose is full aromas of like red berries, spices, and hints of balsamic. The palate is smooth with elegant tannic structure and a supple finish

This exciting red from Lisboa is a single varietal Bastardo (Trousseau from the Jura), which gives a light and fresh style of red, which can be chilled. The grapes are handpicked, then fermented spontaneously in concrete, with light pump overs for a gentle extraction and maturation for a year to soften. A delicious vibrant red, with charming currant, cherry and floral aromatics. The palate is elegant, with smooth tannins and a well balanced acidity.

Perfect with white meats, salmon, grilled prawns and Mediterranean dishes.
