Dense, ruby red in colour, intense flavours of juicy black fruit and jam like qualities with undertones of spices, liquorice and violets. Harmonious and silky tannins give a well structured body with a luscious, fruit back palate leading to a long lingering finish.

Morello cherry and mulberry to the fore along with some background spice notes held together and balanced by soft tannins that do not get in the way of the fruit purity. Fantastic with the BBQ or antipasti when lightly chilled. A must try.
