The Old Brick Factory Syrah, Almansa, Spain
Syrah grown in clay and limestone soils. Harvested in October, it is aged in French oak, acquiring spicy notes and a touch of toast. With its deep cherry color and soft tannins, it is balanced and powerful on the palate. Its finish is sweet and persistent. It pairs perfectly with meats and cheeses. It is recommended to serve at 14-16°C.
