Sensibel by name but certainly not by nature, the By Latue Sensibel (another name for Tempranillo) has all the rich depth of flavour that you would expect from this noble variety. This is a juicy and versatile medium-bodied red from central sunny Spain that has crunchy red fruit with delicious black cherry flavours. It’s smooth on the palate with soft ripe tannins and just a hint of toasty oak to balance. This wine is a tribute to the ancestors of the winemakers at Bodegas Latue, who called the Tempranillo grape variety ‘Sensibel’.

A hidden gem amongst Giol’s range of superb Prosecco wines, this red lightly sparkling frizzante is bursting with red and black fruit flavours. Morello cherry and mulberry to the fore along with some background spice notes held together and balanced by soft tannins that do not get in the way of the fruit purity. Fantastic with the BBQ or antipasti when lightly chilled. A must try.

Dense, ruby red in colour, intense flavours of juicy black fruit and jam like qualities with undertones of spices, liquorice and violets. Harmonious and silky tannins give a well structured body with a luscious, fruit back palate leading to a long lingering finish.
