An eco‑minded white in a new lightweight “bottle‑can” that chills fast and travels anywhere. Pioneering eco packaging, with every gram from 100% recycled aluminium, which creates four times less CO2 than traditional glass bottles. Inside is a crisp white made from Catarratto and a dash of Grillo, two grapes that thrive in the sun-drenched vineyards of Sicily. A bright yet pale golden coloured Picpoul. So fresh and evocative of its maritime proximity. Wafts of sea-breeze mingle with delightful notes of citrus, apple skin and herbs. Hints of peach and exotic fruits make a fleeting appearance too. The palate is caressed at first by the gentle texture but is re-energised by the telling vibrant acidity on the finale.

Burnished gold with green highlights in the glass. It has a nose of preserved lemon, lime flesh and white peach over a strong slatey minerality. On the palate the wine is crisp, dry and bracing with a fine citrus flavor and an intriguing minerality that makes you want to sip it again and again.
