Inside is a crisp white made from Catarratto and a dash of Grillo, two grapes that thrive in the sun-drenched vineyards of Sicily. This no added sulphur Pinot Grigio from Giol is very expressive, with a slightly nuttier, more developed nose and more colour than most Pinot Grigios. Crisp and well balanced, it offers creamy peach and apricot flavours with plenty of clean, rounded character. Often seen in the area, the dragonflies on the label symbolise freedom, balance and purity.

ÔPIA Chardonnay is an organic, alcohol-free drink with a pale yellow hue and clear green glimmers. The nose disclose aromas of acacia ower and white peach combined with a touch of citrus and vanilla. The palate is fresh with a pleasant touch of acidity and a very long finish.

A fresh and crisp Verdejo, which is similar in style to Sauvignon Blanc.
