Native to Central Europe, Oats are an important cereal of the temperate zones. Jumbo oats are oat groats, rolled flat, partially precooked in steam. Use their creamy taste in a coarse porridge, bake into biscuits, flapjacks and crumbles, or use raw in muesli. Toast in oil and malt extract for granola.
