Essential organic Herbs and Spices contain no colourings, flavourings, preservatives or additives of any kind. Known as Jamaican pepper or Pimento berries, this spice is indigenous to Central America and the West Indies. An ingredient of mixed spice, it is widely used in Central and South American cooking.
