MANI single variety extra virgin olive oil is made solely from organic Koroneiki olives from the Peloponnese. The olive trees are traditionally managed and the olives harvested by hand. Cold extracted in local mills, this balanced oil is light green in colour with a fresh, fruity, mildly nutty aroma and distinctive peppery finish. A perfect accompaniment to fish, salad and roasted vegetables.

A rich, green cold pressed extra virgin olive oil deliciously infused with the scent of fresh basil, made for us in Puglia. Heaps of organically grown fresh basil leaves are stonemilled together with Ogliarola olives to make this magical combination. This fragrant basil oil has a quietly persistent aromatic scent which makes an irresistible pairing for pasta, fish and salads.

Organic garlic oil. An excellent cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with a soft and smooth infused garlic flavour. Fresh, organically grown garlic cloves are crushed and immersed in extra virgin olive oil for several days, to infuse the aroma and flavour of the garlic. This infusion brings a soft garlic fragrance to the oil, a delicious and mellow compliment to delicate dishes and raw food.
