Biona pasta is made in a traditional Pastificio in the Dolomite mountains of Northern Italy. The ingredients are simple – only the best quality organic Durum Wheat and Alpine water.

This delicious pasta is made with only 100% Organic Italian durum wheat from Canosa di Puglia, better known as the ‘granary’ of Italy. Each batch is crafted in small quantities and dried slowly at low temperatures.

The semolina line represents the best-selling range abroad for its simple and refined taste : an irreplaceable element in the traditional Mediterranean diet.

Unlike industrial pasta factories, La Terra e il Cielo chooses to dry its pasta slowly, with warm air, in several phases and at natural temperatures, equivalent to the Mediterranean summer peak temperatures of just 45°C.
