Cranberry Sauce with Orange & Spices Winner of the Great Taste Awards!

Whole organic cranberries have been gently stirred by hand in traditional copper pans with organic oranges, cinnamon, ginger and allspice to create a deeply rich sauce bursting with fruit and rich flavours.

Two varieties of whole organic redcurrants have been gently stirred by hand in traditional copper pans to create a deeply rich redcurrant sauce bursting with fruit and flavour. They add organic Fonseca port which has been matured in wood for at least five years and has a great depth of flavour.
