Unique in its production and flavor, originally from Alto Adige, speck is a raw ham that, with its light smoking and open-air curing, is known by gourmets around the world!

This typical South Tyrolean snack, enjoyed in company, is an ancient custom that symbolizes hospitality and features speck as the main ingredient, along with a piece of homemade bread and a beautiful platter of sausages, local cheeses, and cucumbers.

It is ideal accompanied by black bread, beer or still, medium-bodied red wine, preferably produced in Trentino Alto Adige such as Pinot Noir.
