Sublimely buttery shortbread to please even the most particular palate. There’s no nonsense here, pure and simple. The ingredients list is short and sweet, just like these shortbread biscuits. Our bakers skilfully blend four basic ingredients, to deliver just the right balance of crunch, sweetness and the rich butter taste you can only get from an all-butter recipe. Less is more when it comes to shortbread!

Deliciously flamboyant concoctions where stylish stem ginger and dashing dark chocolate collide

Chocolate Gingers are the connoisseur’s choice. It is no surprise that the biscuit cognoscenti are attracted to the chunks of moist stem ginger peeking out from beneath dark chocolate drapery, nestling on a subtly spiced ginger biscuit. Who wouldn’t be?

Island Bakery’s Oat Crumbles are the most versatile variety in their range. They are less sweet than some, yet sweet enough to satisfy a tea-time craving, and substantial enough with their jumbo oats, to keep you going for a while after.
