The Volpi winery in Northern Italy has built an excellent reputation for its range of Organics. This well-balanced Pinot Grigio from the Veneto region is made from low yielding organic vineyards, which contribute intensity and ripeness. Pale yellow in colour, it has floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle on the nose. The palate is fresh with flavours of lemon, white peach and melon.

A bright yet pale golden coloured Picpoul. So fresh and evocative of its maritime proximity. Wafts of sea-breeze mingle with delightful notes of citrus, apple skin and herbs. Hints of peach and exotic fruits make a fleeting appearance too. The palate is caressed at first by the gentle texture but is re-energised by the telling vibrant acidity on the finale.

This vibrant and expressive Portuguese white showcases the unique character of the Vinho Verde region. Crafted from a classic blend of Avesso 34%, Arinto 33% and Alverinho 33% that’s fermented and aged in stainless steel, this wine delivers a fresh, crisp profile with lively acidity. On the nose, it opens with notes of citrus blossom, green apple, and subtle mineral undertones. The palate is refreshing and textured, featuring flavours of lemon zest, steely apple and a hint of salinity that reflects its Atlantic influence. Well-balanced and elegant, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled vegetables or simply enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.

A blend of Fernao Pires, Arinto and Sercial, from the coastal Lisboa region. All grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel with contact on the lees for 6 months. The result is a delicious, fresh and aromatic white, with ripe citrus fruit, apples and tropical fruit aromas. The palate has a texture from lees age which is complemented by a zesty acidity.

Perfect as an aperiftif, with summer salads, white meats, sushi and seafood.
