Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this certified organic wine is blended between 20% aged for 6 months in French Oak and 80% aged in stainless steel. The wine that spends time in oak adds a layer of complexity and roundness to the wine giving hints of vanilla and spice. The stainless-steel aged wine provides a ripe, fruity character to the end product with notes of redcurrants and plums. Silky on the palate with well-integrated tannins, the finish is fruity, juicy and persistent.
An ideal pairing with red meats such as grilled ribs or roast beef or with a platter of ripe cheeses.
